Parking Variance Request
In accordance with the Shadowridge Owners' Association Covenants, Conditions, and Regulations (CC&R's), all vehicles must be garaged when not in use.
All residents are automatically granted a variance to park one (1) Approved Vehicle in their driveway provided the vehicle will completely fit in the driveway without extending onto a sidewalk or street. If a resident would like to park a second Approved Vehicle in their driveway, they must apply to the Board of Directors for approval of another variance.
There is an administrative fee of $125 (annually) per vehicle to process a second parking variance request second driveway parking variances are reviewed each year. However, driveway parking variances may be rescinded if parking regulations are violated by the owner. Vehicles are to be registered/insured to an Association address. Shadowridge residents should contact North Coast Patrol at (760) 940-2776 to request a variance.
