April Board Meeting

The Next Board Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 15th at 4:30PM at the PCM offices and online via zoom.  

2026 Assessment Increase

The Shadowridge Owners Association monthly assessment has increased to $50.00 per month, effective January 1, 2026. If you are enrolled in Direct Debit (ACH) through PCM, your payment amount will automatically update. If you are enrolled in autopay through TownSq or online banking, you will need to update the monthly payment amount to reflect $50.00.
