February Board Meeting

The Next Board Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 18th at 4:30PM at the PCM offices and online via zoom.  The meeting agenda will be posted to the website on Friday, February 13th.

2026 Assessment Increase

The Shadowridge Owners Association monthly assessment has increased to $50.00 per month, effective January 1, 2026. If you are enrolled in Direct Debit (ACH) through PCM, your payment amount will automatically update. If you are enrolled in autopay through TownSq or online banking, you will need to update the monthly payment amount to reflect $50.00.
